Online
payments are protected by Roman Cart, a tried and tested secure shopping cart system using industry standard 128
bit SSL encryption. You can quickly and securely place your order online using any major credit/debit card or PayPal
with complete confidence (please note we are unable to process Maestro or Amex). To order by post
please send us your order details, delivery address and cheque payable to D.McBride. If you would prefer to pay
using an alternative method please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
If
for any reason you change your mind about your order and wish to cancel it please let us know immediately and we will
arrange a refund. If your order has already been packed a 15% re-stocking charge will be applied. Please note that
as we are dealing with living plants orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.
GUARANTEE
All our plants are guaranteed to be healthy, hardy and pot grown outdoors. If any of
our plants are not as described or as ordered we will offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement. Please check
your plants upon receipt, if they are damaged or you have any concerns about their health please contact us immediately. Please
understand we cannot be held responsible for problems arising from improper planting or aftercare.
